Charlie Ford is a Sales Representative for Marchmaster and Fruhauf Uniforms. Born in Milton, Florida in 1963, he is a native of Enterprise, AL, where he retired as band director at Enterprise High School in 2014. Charlie taught band for 29 years in Alabama, beginning his teaching career at Sardis High School in Boaz, AL in 1986. In 1989, he was hired as the band director at Enterprise Jr. High School and in 2004 became the director at Enterprise High School.

Throughout his career, Mr. Ford’s bands received numerous awards and during his tenure at EHS, the band program grew from 160 to 250 members. While at EHS, his bands never received less than a superior rating, and the EHS Wind Ensemble was selected to perform at the Southeastern States Concert Band Clinic at Troy University, and the Alabama Music Educators Conference in Montgomery, AL.

Charlie is married to Jennifer Ford, and they have three children, Ashley Doudna, 27, guidance counselor at Pinson Valley High School near Birmingham, AL, Alden Ford, 23, senior music major at Troy University, and Sheldon Ford, 18, freshman music major at Troy University.


Charlie is a trumpet player with the Alabama Winds Community Band in Birmingham, AL, and has played for numerous events throughout Alabama including performances with the Moonlighters Jazz Band in Dothan, AL, the Southeast Alabama Community Theater in Dothan, AL, and the Encores and Esprit Show Choirs from Enterprise High School, as well as many church ensembles and solo performances in Southeast Alabama.


Charlie is a 1981 graduate of Enterprise High School and received his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Music Education from Troy State University in Troy, AL. Charlie represents Marchmaster and Fruhauf Uniforms throughout the state of Alabama, Northwest Florida, Eastern Mississippi, and Central Tennessee.
