lELAND ALEXANDER

Leland Alexander is the sales representative for Marchmaster in TN,KY and GA. Prior to joining the team at Marchmaster, Leland was the Director of Bands at Commerce High School in Commerce, GA, Carrollton Middle School in Carrollton , GA , and Assistant Director of Bands at Eagle’s Landing Christian Academy in Mcdonough, GA. While teaching, Leland’s bands received numerous superior and excellent ratings in the concert hall and the marching field. While at Commerce High School his band received its first overall superior rating in program history.
Prior to teaching, Leland began his undergraduate degree in music education at Jacksonville State University where he received rookie of the year being a part of the “Marching Southerners”. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of West Georgia with a Bachelors in Music Education. While completing his degree he was a member of Spirit of Atlanta Drum and Bugle Corps and The Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps.

Leland is an active member of NAfME, Georgia Music Educators Association, and Phi Mu Alpha.
